In 2008 the two wholly-owned subsidaries of Husqvarna AB, AB Höörs Plåt and Klippo AB merged and changed company name to Husqvarna Manufacturing Sweden AB with production and administration in Höör, Sweden.
The line of business has not changed and will continue with customers within white goods, medicin, professional washing equipment, industrial automation, energy systems and gardening products. The manufacturing of lawnmowers under the brands of Klippo and Husqvarna will increase substantially and two new assemby lines have been set up. The number of employees will increase up to 180 and the turnover 2009 will exceed SEK 300 millions.
